Return Policy

Cancellations

If you change your mind about a purchase, I gladly accept cancellations.

Please contact me at [email protected] within 1 hour of purchase to cancel your order.

Once I have sent your order to my printing company for fulfillment, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges

Items are made-to-order, therefore I cannot accept returns and exchanges.

However, in the case of a manufacturer's defect or your item(s) being damaged during transit, I will be happy to arrange a replacement or return (see below).

Damaged during transit

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify me at [email protected] within 3 Business Days.

Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. All return shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturer’s defect.

Manufacturer's Defect

If a product is deemed defective*, please notify me within 3 business days at [email protected].

A complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial.

Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear. Deep Dark Snark reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned. Under certain circumstances, a Buyer may be contacted to discuss the damaged product(s).

*Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, I cannot guarantee any colors will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials.
